How We Work

Step 1:
Figure out if this will be a residential or business call. To do this, you only have to answer one question:  Where are we to arrive?  If we are to arrive at a home or residence, even if an office or business is ran from the premises, it is residential, any other such zoning would be considered a business.

Step 2:
Since we now know where we are going, how much is it going to cost? Looking at our Computer Services you will see our going hourly rate for Step 1 and our baseline pricing. If the cost is lower than the baseline then it is added to the baseline. If the cost is more than the baseline, then nothing more is added.* The exciting part is that baseline for residential covers 85% of all calls. Meaning nothing more is owed with the exception of hardware costs, if any, of course. Same with small business, baseline covers 70% of all calls.  Tutoring does not apply to baseline and is rated at the posted per hour rate.

That's it and we come to you! Plus you can purchase service time anytime online. If you are not comfortable paying in advance, no problem, you can call us at (513) 442-0375 and schedule a visit and pay at the end of the service call when your satisfied, like the ol' days. This applies to both business and residential service calls however, if you require frequent visits we suggest getting one of our Hyvernion Service Packages. Of course we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx and PayPal.

Optional Step 3:
Recommend us to your colleagues and neighbors in Cincinnati. *For example: To install Windows clean with no recovery disc and no data backup is $175.00. If our hourly rate is $50.00 x 2 the baseline would be $100.00. Your cost would be $175.00 and nothing more. Now if you want a permanent backup on CD the cost is $30.00. Using the above baseline of $100.00 the cost is less than the baseline so you add the $30.00 to the baseline for your final cost of $130.00.
